INGREDIENTS
- 1lb. Chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic Wing Booster
- 1 jar Pizza sauce (your favorite or homemade)
- 1 Tbsp Croix Valley Italian Booster
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Sliced Pepperoni
- Baking dish/cast iron pan/foil pan
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat Yoder YS640S to 225°
2. Season wings with Croix Valley Parmesan Garlic Wing Booster
3. Place wings onto the grill and smoke for 1-1.5 hrs
4. Turn up the heat up to 400°
5. Cook until internal temp is anywhere from 190° to 200°
6. Remove wings from grill
7. Toss wings with Croix Valley Italian Booster
8. Place a few spoonfuls of pizza sauce in the bottom of your baking dish of choice
9. Place wings in dish on top of sauce
10. Top wings with more sauce, then sprinkle shredded cheese all over and then top with pepperoni
11. Place back into the Yoder until cheese is melted and pepperoni crisps up
12. Remove from Smoker
13. Enjoy!
